Our logistics partner DHL / Deutsche Post / DPD delivers your order quickly and reliably directly to your home.

Delivery time standard shipping

With standard shipping, your order will be delivered directly to your home within Germany within 10-24 working days via DHL Paket / Deutsche Post / DPD.

Start of delivery period

For all payment methods, the delivery period begins on the day after the conclusion of the contract in accordance with Section 2 Paragraph (3) of the General Terms and Conditions and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period.

International shipping

Currently we can only deliver within Germany.

Different delivery address

Would you like to send your order, for example for gifts, to an address that is different from your billing address? Simply select the option "Different delivery address". An additional form will appear in which you can enter the recipient's address. The invoice will then be sent to your address and the ordered products to the delivery address you specified. This way you can make someone very happy at any time without any hassle.

Returns & Exchanges

Would you like to send an item back to us or exchange it? No problem! Returns are possible within 14 days , and the buyer is responsible for returning the item to Littlehours within Germany.

Please note: In the current situation, we can only accept returns of hygienic items if they are unused and in their original packaging.

Important : We can only accept returns of unused and undamaged items. The items must also be sent back to us in their original packaging.

Refund for returns

As soon as we receive your return, we will refund the amount you paid for the return using the same method you used to pay. The refund will usually appear in your payment method within 6 to 8 days. Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer the money to a different account or payment method.
